The BNA is run by an all-volunteer Board of Directors elected at an annual meeting by the membership.
Lake Oswego Neighborhoods
In 1974 the city of Lake Oswego recognized the first neighborhood associations to improve the quality of life in the city, increase citizen participation in local decision making, and form an effective partnership between the city and neighborhood residents. Issues affecting Bryant neighborhood affect nearby neighborhoods also.
