Expanding Housing Options for Lake Oswego
House Bill 2001 aims to provide Oregonians with more housing choices, especially housing choices more people can afford. The Lake Oswego Council has directed staff to pursue development code amendments to meet the minimum compliance provisions outlined in the administrative rules for middle housing contained within Division 46.
